Do a simple 5 or 10 minute meditation on positive aspects going forward today. Quiet your mind for five or 10 minutes and notice what your mind is showing you. Just observe, don't stop, just see what your primary thoughts are today. If your thoughts don't match your goals for today, make a list of what you can occupy yourself with today which bring you closer to your desired outcome and every time you stray from this path, stop and refocus on what you want to create going forward. Try doing this everyday don't spend more then 5 or 10 minutes.
